For those of us who love Shelley Fine China and the color Pink, this is a dream of a piece!

 

The pretty pattern is Pompadour, with the Shelly pure white background and heavily decorated with a variety of little flowers, little scalloped bands of pink and a gilt edge.  This piece has the green Shelley back stamp and also marked "Made for T. M. James & Sons".  This bowl measures 9" and was most likely made in the early 1950's.  Condition is excellent and ready to display or use!
