Loads of tiny pink florabunda roses decorate this ca. 1900's Bone China plate made by Victoria in England.  The deeply scalloped edge is trimmed in gold and measures 8 1/4".  Perfect for serving sweet treats, tea sandwiches or to hang on the wall in a shabby chic room!
