Truly exquisite ~ this fine white porcelain bowl was hand made and painted in Klausenburg Romania and signed by the artist, Mura C.  This unique piece is one of a kind!  Starting with the rope base topped with elaborate lattice work, then arched painted scallops above with dainty twisted porcelain in between, then more twisted porcelain and with a scalloped edge trimmed in gold!  All hand painted in soft blue flowers and gold accents!  This piece measures 5" across and stands  1 1/2" tall and in MINT condition with no flaws!
