This pretty little sugar shell made by Rogers & Bros. measures just over 6" long and has a beautiful long shell bowl.  The pattern is known under two names ~ Chicago and Newport c. 1879 and has minor age appropriate wear, however there is a "smudge" spot which you can see in the photo...totally smooth and don't know how it got there....maybe taking a mono off?  Still a beautiful piece though!
